I am seeking a keen Administrator to join a busy team in Westbourne. This role is open to both trainees and individuals with administrative experience. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive environment that values growth and efficiency.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Handle client queries and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage client data with confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service experience for clients.
  • Adapt to various tasks which may include policy changes, renewals, and claims administration.
  • Contribute to the improvement of administrative processes and client services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative experience is preferred, but trainees with a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and the ability to learn industry-specific systems.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
