I am seeking a keen Administrator to join a busy team in Westbourne. This role is open to both trainees and individuals with administrative experience. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive environment that values growth and efficiency.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Handle client queries and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and manage client data with confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service experience for clients.
- Adapt to various tasks which may include policy changes, renewals, and claims administration.
- Contribute to the improvement of administrative processes and client services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience is preferred, but trainees with a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in standard office software and the ability to learn industry-specific systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
