Are you skilled in repairs and maintenance work? Do you have expertise in plumbing or carpentry? We are looking for talented Multi Trade Technicians to join our team in Portsmouth and Worthing. This role comes with the benefit of a company van for work purposes.
As a key member of our Direct Repairs department, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality property services. Your role will involve managing repairs from start to finish, supporting team members, and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct repairs and maintenance across various properties.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Ensure high-quality work delivery as specified in orders.
- Maximize first-time fix rates and meet appointment objectives.
- Enhance resident satisfaction with efficient service.
- Adhere to health and safety best practices in all operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the Housing, Maintenance, or Construction industry.
- Relevant trade qualification and/or experience in building maintenance and repairs.
- Thorough understanding of health and safety statutory obligations and good practices.
- Valid UK driving license and ability to travel between sites and offices across regions.
