We are seeking an experienced Management Tutor with a genuine passion for coaching and developing Apprentices to achieve. If this sounds like you we encourage you to apply as soon as possible!
Overview:
Working for a leading Institution and membership body, you will deliver management programmes up to L5 to apprentices within the Rail industry through face-to-face and online sessions.
A typical week:
- Manage & support a caseload of learners
- Deliver face to face & online training
- Plan & deliver engaging training sessions
- Review, monitor & evaluate learner progress
You'll need the following:
- Assessor or Teaching qualification
- L5 Management delivery experience
- Confident delivering to groups in person
- Leadership & Management qualification (desirable)
