Full training provided and any experience with Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks, SAGE or a similar system would be beneficial!!
Day-to-day, reporting into an Operations Manager, your role will encompass:-
- Company expenses administration - booking travel, accommodation and signing off expenses
- Invoicing
- Bank reconciliations
- Producing reports
- Managing email and telephone enquiries
- Liaising with and placing orders from suppliers
- Ad hoc involvement across the business, such as supporting company events and administrative support to the sales team.
