As we grow our teams and through promotion we are seeking a sales leader to lead our Telesales Team in Birmingham

Your Mission at Elis

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to maximise revenue growth.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Train and onboard new telesales representatives, ensuring they understand the company's products, services, and sales techniques.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts with overall company goals..
  • Prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
