As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for supporting and coaching managers with a range of ER cases, end to end recruitment, implementing and developing HR policies and procedures and absence and performance management.

My client are an established independent school based in North Yorkshire

Description

  • Provide HR advice and support to staff and managers within the institution.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle recruitment processes including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing.
  • Support with staff training and development initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinaries.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
  • Participate in HR projects as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment law and regulations.

Profile

The successful HR Advisor will have:

  • CIPD Level 3
  • Understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems.
  • Capability to work effectively as part of a team.

Job Offer

Full time & permanent role + Paying up to £32,000 + 25 days a/l plus bank holidays + 12% employer contribution + training and development + other excellent benefits
