Our client is a highly successful pensions company, and they now need an receptionist/administrator to join their busy team based in the city centre. This booking will commence ASAP and will last for 2 months initially. This is working in the admin team, and you can expect to support colleagues across the firm. We are, therefore, looking for someone who prides themselves in their communication and organisational skills. It is essential that you can start ASAP and work continuously for 2 months. Hours are 9.00-5.15pm Monday to Friday.

As the Reception/Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Taking initial calls and rerouting the calls to the right team
  • General admin/support services work
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Reception duties, i.e., Answering calls, greeting visitors
  • Scanning and filing
  • Organising travel
  • Booking meeting rooms and setting them up with refreshments/catering
