Having recently had their first UK hire settle within the business, this sustainability focussed client are BACK and looking for more Senior .Net Engineers to add to the team!
At the heart of the green-energy space within sustainability in their specialist field - decarbonising a key supply chain in our everyday world. This is a chance to work on some global shattering products- whereby you will be directly making an impact on an important mission. To slow down global warming and do your bit to help the environment and in turn, our future selves! As the demand for their product increases, they are currently in scale-up phase - and are going through an exciting time as they look to bring all of their development in house.
The Role
As a Senior .NET Developer, you will work on the business' key core product to decarbonise a crucial supply chain in our everyday life - a web application with a mission to make our world more sustainable.
Currently, the team is at around 30 full time people and previously, their development team has been based offshore. Having taken on their first UK hire a couple of months back and having had them fully settle within the business, they are now looking to add a couple more developers to this growing UK-based remote team. Growing the app development team is a huge part of their roadmap over the next 12 months... as they look to add bright minds to their current bright-minded workforce who are excited about the mission that they are embarking on as the need and demand for their application is increasing.
You will develop brand new Web API's and new features on to the existing application. You will have a thirst for creativity and a hunger for knowledge and be given lots of autonomy and influence around technical decisions as the company tighten up and improve their development processes. You will be preferably a Full Stack Engineer, hungry to learn, passionate about technology with ideally a backend lean. You will be comfortable in a scale-up situation and an ever-changing landscape - you will have an AGILE mind and not be phased by change or to get stuck in.
