Harnham are partnering with a computer vision vendor who solves problems for the FMCG space. They are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to be the face of the company - this will involve developing and presenting solutions for the client.
THE COMPANY
They were founded roughly 5 years ago and are a computer vision start-up that operates in the retail and manufacturing space. They are currently planning their series A at the end of this year and are on track to expand the business from 40 to over double in the next few years.
THIS ROLE
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be managing and communicating with the stakeholders.
Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Developing and presenting solutions for the clients
- Supporting the sales process
- Engaging with multiple stakeholders (technical and non-technical)
- 75% discussing post sale, pre-sale, and implementation and 25% internal feedback: discussing feedback with the team
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Senior Solutions Engineer will have the following skills and experience:
- Will be close to the code and therefore need to understand good Python code
- Will have over 5 years of experience
- Will have experience with DevOps.
- Any cloud experience (AWS, GCP or Azure)
- Experience with APIs
Desirably have:
- 2/3 years of experience in Software Engineering
