Job Summary:

As an MI & Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights. Your work will support decision-making processes and help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our contact centre operations.

About the Role

We are looking to recruit a MI & Data Analyst to come a join AT Management. As part of your role you'll deliver accurate reports, streamline processes, and drive improvements. If you're detail-oriented, adaptable, and ready to make a difference, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Data Reporting and Analysis

  • Create and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
  • You'll be responsible for delivering critical performance metrics to stakeholders, including senior management and departmental heads.

Own and Manage Dashboards

  • Take ownership of key dashboards, such as compliance, sales, and coaching performance, providing up-to-date and actionable insights to business leaders.
  • Ensure all reports are aligned with company goals and timelines.

Collaborate with Stakeholders

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Team Managers, Quality Assurance, and Compliance, to ensure that all reporting needs are met.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on your data analysis to improve business outcomes
  • Support all areas of the business with critical updates
  • Hands on approach with operational teams

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1plus years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within a contact centre environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Power Automate Preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
