This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in Investment Banking and develop their assistant skills. You will need to be able to have the ability to correctly prioritise a high number of requests and be organised. We do require you to be in the office for 5 days a week whilst under training and development.

Your key responsibilities

  • Be efficient in Concur and utilise it to its full potential, taking full advantage of Artificial Intelligence features
  • Coordinating the submission of business expenses for remittance on behalf of all assigned team members in a timely fashion
  • Understand the importance and enforce Deutsche Bank's expense policies, using them as a guide to process expenses to avoid claim rejections
  • Coordinating complex calendars and schedules for senior staff, to ensure effective time management and prioritisation of engagements. Setting up meetings across multiple time zones, booking rooms, organising passes and coordinating catering, where necessary, so that meetings/ events are able to run without disruption
  • Facilitating the travel plans of all team members with minimal disruption, including planning and booking detailed travel itineraries (flights, cars, hotels, visas)
  • Establishing trust to be able to handle extensive telephone and email correspondence on behalf of senior team members. Processing invoices and purchase orders in a manner that is compliant with divisional policy and ensures the most efficient use of the Bank's resources
