The QA Technician
- Able to ensure that quality, safety and legality of the product are achieved to the highest standard through routine quality checks.
- Ensuring that non-conforming product is brought to the attention of the QA Supervisor so that a suitable course of corrective action can be implemented.
- To ensure Product Micro samples are collected in accordance to the agreed sampling plan daily and ensuring the labelling & completing supporting documentation.
- To carry out routine gas analysis as per procedure, ensuring gas levels are within specification & flagging up any out of spec results to the line leader/QA Supervisor so a suitable course of action can be agreed.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance preferred.
- Able to demonstrate good working communication and organisation skills.
- Ability to consistently carry out meticulous and thorough quality control checks, adhering to strict guidelines.
- Ability to work efficiently both within a team and independently.
