Working for a lovely company in Avonmouth, my Client is look for a strong sales administrator to support the team.
This is a part time role working 2 or 3 days per week. My Client is flexible if you would rather do school hours or full days.
Daily duties include:
- Supporting sales managers in all sales admin support
- Providing reports when required
- Consistently develop a strong understanding of markets, customer needs and competition
- Understand and be aware of the entire product range
- Carry out all administration necessary in setting up new customers including but not exclusive to new line forms and liaising with factories for compliance documents
- Support the sales team with travel arrangements and diary management
- General PA support to sales managers
- General office duties such as ordering of stationary / office equipment
