Office Manager / Receptionist

A family office based in West London is looking for a bright, organised and energetic Office Manager / Receptionist to join their team.

You will be the lynch pin to the team and at the heart of the business operations and activities. This is a multi-faceted role, as well as the day to day administration, there will be meeting and greeting and helping out the EAs with various projects.

Office Manager:

  • Day to day running of office
  • Arrange and oversee all maintenance requirements
  • Point person for office requests
  • Assist with all IT/Media issues
  • Ad hoc research/support where necessary

Receptionist:

  • Taking of all calls
  • Greeting all visitors/signing-in, provide refreshments
  • Manage all orders for the office - water, milk, cleaning equipment, stationary etc
  • Arrange couriers, taxis
  • Book all meeting rooms/arrange media requirements
