A family office based in West London is looking for a bright, organised and energetic Office Manager / Receptionist to join their team.
You will be the lynch pin to the team and at the heart of the business operations and activities. This is a multi-faceted role, as well as the day to day administration, there will be meeting and greeting and helping out the EAs with various projects.
Office Manager:
- Day to day running of office
- Arrange and oversee all maintenance requirements
- Point person for office requests
- Assist with all IT/Media issues
- Ad hoc research/support where necessary
Receptionist:
- Taking of all calls
- Greeting all visitors/signing-in, provide refreshments
- Manage all orders for the office - water, milk, cleaning equipment, stationary etc
- Arrange couriers, taxis
- Book all meeting rooms/arrange media requirements
