The End User Hardware Specialist will play a key role in collaborating with the specialist sales team and existing customers to deliver tailored solutions that meet business needs.

We are seeking a results-oriented End User Hardware Specialist to join the Specialist Sales team. With a diverse customer base spanning various industries and strategic partnerships with leading IT and cybersecurity brands, this presents an exciting opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in sales.

Collaborating with experienced Account Managers and Product Specialists, your role will focus on retaining and expanding our existing customer relationships. Your success will hinge on your customer-centric approach, ability to build trust, and dedication to offering sound advice and exceptional service. Each day will bring new challenges, including proactive outreach to existing customers to promote end-user hardware purchases, addressing customer enquiries and issues, and providing guidance on optimal hardware and licensing solutions, all while striving to achieve sales targets.

Comprehensive training on products, services, and internal systems, will be given, along with ongoing coaching and mentoring to foster the development of your sales skills. What we seek is a motivated team player with a strong drive to excel in a target-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Meeting monthly sales targets.
  • Proactively reaching out to customers to identify additional product and service needs.
  • Cultivating strong customer relationships.
  • Responding to customer requests and generating quotations.
  • Providing feedback and identifying sales opportunities for specialist roles.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer information.
  • Contributing to sales initiatives related to new products and offers, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Preparing accurate sales order documentation.
  • Staying updated on technological developments to discuss potential benefits with customers.

Candidate Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Prior experience in an IT-related field, an IT qualification, or a strong interest in technology.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Commitment to creating a first-class customer service environment.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.

What's On Offer:

  • Genuine Hybrid working – currently 3 days in the office, 2 working from home.
  • £27,000 - £32,000 p/a, dependent on your experience.
