Key Responsibilities:
- Support the year-end audit process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial statements.
- Prepare statutory accounts in compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS.
- Liaise with external auditors, providing required documentation and resolving queries.
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis as part of the year-end process.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and reporting standards.
Skills and Experience:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in statutory accounts preparation and audit support, ideally within a listed company environment.
- Strong technical accounting skills, particularly in UK GAAP/IFRS.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with auditors and senior management.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
