Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate food and beverage lecturer to join our team on a part time basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly within highly commended restaurants and a strong desire to share their knowledge and skills with our aspiring culinary students. This role involves delivering engaging and informative learning sessions, practical demonstrations and providing mentorship to students.

Applicants should be qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths. Evidence of qualifications is required.
