REED Practice are excited to be working alongside a reputable Accountancy Practice who are currently recruiting for an Accounts Senior. They are looking for experienced qualified ACA and ACCA to join their ever growing team.
Job responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
- Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts.
- Monitor financial details to ensure legal compliance.
- Analyse company financial reports and seek ways to reduce costs.
- Work closely with management to share reports and analysis findings.
- Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems.
Job requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a practice environment
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- Proven experience as an Accounts Senior
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- CPA or CMA preferred.
