Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 4 Service Desk Analysts.
  • Oversee daily operations of the service desk, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of IT issues.
  • Implement and maintain ITIL best practices to improve service delivery.
  • Utilize JIRA for incident tracking, problem management, and workflow optimization.
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics to ensure high-quality support.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to enhance overall user experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Service Desk Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge and practical application of ITIL frameworks.
  • Proficiency with JIRA or similar service management tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
