Plumbing & Maintenance Engineer – £32,000 to £34,000 DOE + Benefits – Rothwell, Northants, (NN14 6HZ)

Andrew Pipework Services is looking for a highly organised, collaborative and enthusiastic team player to join our team as a Plumbing & Maintenance Engineer.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing plumbing and maintenance solutions for a variety of settings, including domestic properties, schools, universities, student accommodation, care homes, hotels, and factories.

Key Responsibilities: (but not limited to)

  • Installation of new water heaters, sanitaryware, and all associated plumbing works.
  • Hot and cold-water servicing and maintenance, TMV's, Unvented Cylinders, etc.
  • AHU servicing and maintenance.
  • Fan convector servicing and maintenance.

The Company

As Building Services Engineers, Andrew Pipework Services Ltd specialise in all aspects of plumbing and heating, service and maintenance, and control upgrades. Andrew Pipework Services started trading in 1997 and became incorporated as a limited company in April 2000. Training is an integral part of our engineers continuing personal development as well as ensuring we meet all current legislation. We carry out installations all over the UK but mainly concentrating within a 75-mile radius of our offices in Rothwell, Northamptonshire.

The Person:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience after becoming qualified.
  • Current qualifications and time served in plumbing.
  • Unvented water, water regs.
  • PASMA, IPAF would be an advantage.
  • Full driving licence – we provide a van (Can be used for personal use within limits & P11D).
  • Own hand tools – we supply all the big tools and equipment.
