A temporary opportunity for an Employee Relations Specialist to support the work of a national medical membership body. You will have knowledge of health and social care issues, awareness of the NMC regulatory framework and experience of managing conflict and challenging situations on a regular basis.
You will be an excellent negotiator, able to represent and negotiate on behalf of the organisation's members, and will have general awareness of a range of HR processes and practices.
