Your new company

You'll be working for a reputable market-leader within the construction industry who is looking for an experienced administrator, based in Edinburgh. They are experiencing a very busy spell and are looking to add a part-time member to the team to support the growth of the office function.

Your new role

As a key member of the team, you'll be trusted with the following responsibilities:

  • Arrange travel requirements
  • Manage internal registers, such as car and telephone lists
  • Creating reports for management and directors
  • Book meetings internally and with external facilities, such as hotels
  • General reception work

What you'll need to succeed

  • Immediately available
  • Previous administration experience
  • Self-starter who isn't afraid to be hands-on
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Customer service experience
  • Previous experience in construction administration - desirable
