You'll be working for a reputable market-leader within the construction industry who is looking for an experienced administrator, based in Edinburgh. They are experiencing a very busy spell and are looking to add a part-time member to the team to support the growth of the office function.
Your new role
As a key member of the team, you'll be trusted with the following responsibilities:
- Arrange travel requirements
- Manage internal registers, such as car and telephone lists
- Creating reports for management and directors
- Book meetings internally and with external facilities, such as hotels
- General reception work
What you'll need to succeed
- Immediately available
- Previous administration experience
- Self-starter who isn't afraid to be hands-on
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Customer service experience
- Previous experience in construction administration - desirable
