The Opportunity

This recruitment role is a big deal - you'll enjoy making a real impact, helping to drive business growth by opening doors and delivering our standout, platinum-level service. Working closely with the Managing Director, you'll identify and engage right-fit client organisations and their decision-makers. Building effective relationships and showcasing our expertise to senior level contacts is a key part of this role from the outset.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a full service role where you'll be developing new business and have the opportunity to deliver on it. This will include:-

  • Source and qualify companies who would benefit from our top level service
  • Reach out using email, phone, LinkedIn, video messages etc.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals
  • Source and attract potential candidates through various channels; job boards, social media, and attending networking events
  • Stay on top of market and industry trends and thought leadership, so you can speak to what matters.

Who You Are

These are attributes which we truly value.Possessing some of the following would also benefit you in this role:

  • Experience in a Sales or BDR role where outbound was a big part of your day
  • Experience of working in Recruitment; advantageous but not essential
  • High level of resilience and the ability to bounce back in the face of challenges
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to personalise at scale
  • Knowledge of outbound tools and automation is attractive
  • Readiness to move fast and try new things is a must!
