Job Duties:
The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, management reporting, and preparation of statutory accounts. They will manage month-end processes and ensure accurate and timely production of monthly management accounts. Additionally, the Finance Controller will be responsible for leading and developing a team of 4 finance professionals along with implementing and improving internal controls and processes.
Required Qualifications:
ACA, ACCA certification
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial and management reporting
- Experience in preparing statutory accounts
- Ability to manage month-end processes effectively
- Excellent people management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Finance or related field
