Company Administrator

GTS Group is seeking to speak with Company Administrators to join our rapidly growing customer in Birmingham.

The Company Administrator will be supporting the PMO function as well as the wider business in the following areas

  • Act as the focal point for administrative activities associated with commercial and new product development projects.
  • Maintain the companies CRM systems
  • Maintain project information accurately, including labour costs, resource plans, subcontractor purchase orders, costs, and schedules.
  • Provide administrative support to initiate projects and track progress.
  • Identify risks throughout project execution to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Support the preparation of reports to internal management and clients.
  • Help improve project delivery capabilities iteratively.

Ideal Company Administrator Profile:

  • 3-5 years of administration experience.
  • Knowledge of working in businesses designing electromechanical systems is preferred but not essential.
  • Familiarity with Jira or SharePoint is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and challenging the status quo.
