My client Is seeking a HR generalist to work within their small friendly HR team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day HR support across the business, including , onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Advise on UK employment law and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Manage employee records, contracts, and HR policies, ensuring they are up-to-date and in line with current legislation.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems to improve efficiency.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, with a strong focus on UK employment law.
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
