In this permanent role, you will manage your own caseload, overseeing various transactions from initial instruction to final completion. Requirements for the Role
Candidates should have a minimum of three years of demonstrable conveyancing experience, specifically in property matters within Scotland. They will need to showcase a professional phone manner and possess strong communication skills to maintain client contact throughout the process. A sound understanding of Property Law, coupled with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, is essential. Additionally, candidates must be proficient in MS Office and comfortable using a case management system.
