- 9:00 - 5:00
Skills/Experience:
- Deliver SLT services predominantly to Adults with Learning Disabilities
- You will have skills and experience relevant to this clinical field and be able to work well as part of a team
- You will work closely with other members of the Learning Disability team to support adults with complex communication and eating/drinking difficulties as part of a holistic, service user centred service and be confident in providing high quality, evidence based assessments and interventions and possess excellent communication and organisational skills
- In this role, you will have a varied caseload, including adults who have a learning disability, challenging behaviour and/or mental health needs and require specialist Speech & Language Therapy in a range of locations across Wrexham
