Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Admin Manager to join our clients dynamic team based in Stratford. This senior role demands a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of recent office experience at a high level, capable of managing fast-paced environments with a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise Sage Accounts for financial and administrative tasks & Invoicing.
  • Oversee senior purchasing and logistics, including arranging collections and handling complaints.
  • Demonstrate strong organisation skills, working independently and proactively.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Ensure health and Safety standards are always adhered to.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of recent, high-level office experience.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive, assertive, and able to work independently.
  • Outgoing and confident with a proven track record in administration.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
