This company provide comprehensive planning services such as planning consultancy, pre-application advice, planning applications and appeals. As part of the Planning team, the successful candidate will facilitate development projects across a wide variety of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Educational, Heritage, and Commercial.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- MRTPI Accredited degree
- Strong communication skills in the form of report writing.
- Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills and enjoy problem solving.
- Commercially astute and process driven, with a focus on achieving results.
- Strong time management, organisational, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work well as part of a team to meet project
