We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Executive to join us as our incredible marketing team.

At Hamberley Care Homes, we place our people we support at the heart of our service and shape our specialist care and rehabilitation around their unique needs.

This newly created role will involve designing and executing comprehensive internal and external communications as defined by our content strategy. Working within the marketing team, the digital marketing executive to fulfil the implementation of multi-channel marketing plans, including promotional materials, advertising opportunities and developing new marketing strategies, to promote the company and support Operations with a sustained focus on driving occupancy for the care homes.

We're looking for someone who can lead the execution of agreed marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, leveraging internal support and working collaboratively with the Marketing Team.

This role will be hybrid, with up to two days a week in the office based in Luton and may require occasional travel across the UK.

What you'll be doing:

As our Digital Marketing Executive, you'll build meaningful relationships with our stakeholders to

  • Create, develop, and manage engaging and informative digital content optimised for active social media channels.
  • Use data tracking tools to monitor performance.
  • Support with creating relevant content in line with branding guidelines.
  • Support the homes with social media training and monitoring their channels.
  • Create and build communication campaigns and key messages to support our strategy and to help drive referrals to our homes.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

The successful applicant will:

  • Possess a CIM qualifications or marketing degree.
  • Be experienced in a multi-functional marketing role – ideally also within a healthcare/ social care environment.
  • Have excellent communication skills – possessing engaging stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Be driven and a natural a self-starter.
  • Be decisive, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and adaptable.
