Who are you?
- An outstanding Recruiter who is always striving to be the best
- An interest in and understanding of all things Digital - or a strong willingness and ability to learn
- Experience of working in the IT sector (not essential, a nice to have)
- At least 1 - 2 years experience working as a recruiter
What will you be doing?
- Either the full 360 or 180 recruitment process (depending on your experience)
- Manage diary and call any pre-booked candidates
- Build relationships and arrange your own candidates to call in your diary
- Work on a variety of account-managed positions
- Utilizing tools such as LinkedIn & our CRM system
- Work closely with the sourcing team
