Director of Growth Marketing - Retail

Quest Search and Selection is partnering with this lifestyle, British fashion brand that has been established for 10 years and have a real focus on sustainability and a goal to upscale the business in an ethical way.

We are looking for a Director of Growth Marketing who will be responsible for developing & executing comprehensive data-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition retention and overall business growth. This role requires understanding of paid digital marketing channels, CRM and business P&L.

This is an immediately available role so ideally looking for someone who is interested in a 3-6 month contract but open to someone looking for a perm role.

The roles & responsibilities of this Director of Growth Marketing -

  • Develop and implement growth strategies focusing on data-driven ideas for customer acquisition retention and revenue growth.
  • Oversee and optimise a range of digital marketing channels including paid social paid search, affiliates and influencers.
  • Review analyse and manage key financial metrics such as customer acquisition, CAC & LTV margins and overall profitability
  • Also be looking for someone who has managed a high-performance team, including head off levels (this has 3-4 direct reports).
  • That you look to leverage AI and predictive modelling to forecast trends customer behaviours including churn rate
  • Well versed in advanced analytics informed decision making to provide competitive edge
  • Still as a marketeer you will work closely with PR and brand teams
  • Strong stakeholder leadership is a must collaborating cross functionally with buying merchandising customer service and creative .

To be successful in this the Director of Growth Marketing - Retail position -

  • You must demonstrate experience in their senior Head of /Director of Growth or similar role within direct-to-consumer business ideally in retail or e-commerce.
  • You will have at least 7 + years in a leadership capacity with a high growth paid marketing /CRM background.
  • You must be seen as a data-first individual
  • Experience in AI, machine learning and predictive modelling
  • You must have extensive experience with CRM and customer focused strategy including high value customer journeying journeys
  • Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects at a time, whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • You must have experience of developing excellent leadership and team management skills and building a high-performance unit
