Sales Executive

Reed Business Support are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive on behalf of a client based in Teesside. This role is ideal for someone with considerable experience within the door industry, capable of understanding the company's products in-depth and building strong relationships with customers. While sales experience is not essential, the ability to offer technical support and produce accurate quotations is key.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Conducting site visits and engaging with customers to provide technical support and advice.
  • Creating tailored quotations based on individual customer requirements.
  • Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understanding product specifications to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Considerable experience within the door industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to understand complex products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with customers.
  • Proficiency in producing accurate and detailed quotations.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and providing customer support.
