The Head of People will work as a strategic partner to the commercial and marketing business functions, line managing a People Partner and leveraging the support of the wider team. You will be a true business partner with a high level of visibility in the team and a seat at the table. As well as being a strong senior level generalist used to a varied remit, you'll also thrive in a very front facing role where you are really under the skin of the business and part of the day to day running of things. You will be responsible for driving forward innovative people strategy to help them achieve their ambitious business plans, as well as being part of wider group strategy.
