Key Requirements:
- Experience working with SEND children.
- A good sense of humour to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Proficient in behaviour management strategies.
- Excellent use of initiative to support children's learning and development.
- Supportive and understanding of different children's needs and learning styles.
- Ability to foster a warm, welcoming, and friendly school atmosphere.
