What could your day look like?...
- Building relationships with clients - understanding the needs of businesses we work closely with to identify key talent in the market to fulfill their needs
- Winning new business - identifying new business opportunities within the industry to develop and build your portfolio of clients
- Managing vacancies from start to finish - effectively working with clients to fill their vacancies
- Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates - identifying the best candidate for the role
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience within Accountancy and Finance recruitment would be advantageous
- Drive, enthusiasm and sales focussed mindset ??
- Get up and go mentality
- Organisation and Time Management skill
