We are looking for a Building Services Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join one of London's most well established FM providers in London.
This will be a M-F position working 8-5.
This will be looking after a 10 story high-end luxury residential building in the heart of Fulham.
The permanent salary will be up to 45K
Daily duties will include:
- PPM's
- Reatives
- Plant Room Checks
- Fault finding on Chiller & Cooling Towers
- Working on BMS
- HIU Servicing & Maintenance
- Basic plumbing and electrical tasks
- Emergency Light Testing
- Fire Alarm Checks
- Dealing with subcontractors
- Diagnosing faults
To be considered for this position you must have a C&G/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or above!
