This unique role involves closely supporting the Head of Sales in overseeing and enhancing the performance of various sales teams within an office-based environment. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in assessing team performance through data, coaching and developing team members whilst fostering a positive, fun, and motivational culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Sales in monitoring and analysing team performance data.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance team productivity.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to sales team members to drive individual and collective performance.
  • Implement training programmes to improve sales skills and knowledge.
  • Support the professional growth and development of team members through mentoring.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss performance metrics, share best practices, and address challenges.
  • Design and launch incentive programmes to motivate and reward top-performing teams and individuals.
  • Track the effectiveness of incentive programmes and adjust strategies as needed to maximise impact.
  • Foster a positive and energetic work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  • Organise team-building activities and events to strengthen team bonds and boost morale.
  • Serve as a role model in promoting a positive and inclusive culture within the office.
  • Assist the Head of Sales with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to team performance and sales initiatives.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a sales coaching or team management role, preferably in an office-based B2B sales environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for motivating and inspiring others.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to driving performance improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a positive and fun work environment.
  • CRM proficiency (preferably Salesforce)
