Our client is a long-established local company that is well known with the local area. Providing outstanding working conditions at their purpose-built offices you will be joining a established Accounts team and reporting directly into the Finance Director
The Role:
As an Assistant Accountant, you will be required to
- Assist the Finance Director with the preparation of the Monthly Management Accounts
- Creating Journals, Prepayments and Accruals
- Balance Sheet reconciliation, Nominal Ledger and Control Accounts
- Using Sage 50 and Excel to produce comprehensive accounts reports
The Person:
- Adaptable with a strong work ethic you will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Experience of Sage is ideal along with a strong knowledge of Excel
- At least 3 years' experience in a key finance role with the ability to manage a varied workload.
