We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounting & Finance team in the FMCG industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing invoices, maintaining account records, and ensuring timely payment processing.

Description

They key responsibilities of this Accounts Payable Clerk

  • Accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Maintaining account records with precision and care.
  • Resolving any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end processes.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
  • Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles.
  • Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Completing other duties as required.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

  • At least three years' experience in a similar accountancy role
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • An understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
