Temporary Contract
REED Business Support are pleased to be working with one of Edinburgh's leading Housing Associations who are looking to recruit an Hr Officer on a temporary basis for a new internal project. Working in the office, you will be responsible for auditing safter recruitment processes throughout the Edinburgh office.
This is an interesting role working within a highly ethical organisation who does great wok throughout the UK.
Details:
Monday - Friday // 09:00 - 17:00 (Possibility of compressed hours)
Hybrid Working Pattern (minimum 2 days in office)
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Auditing HR files to check the safer recruitment principles have been applied to historical files
- Look through recruitment processes to make sure everything is aligned and checks are complete
- Be the first line support for internal absence queries and contract sign offs
- General Adhoc Hr tasks
What we're looking for:
- Previous HR Officer experience
- Previous experience working closely within the recruitment process
- Previous experience within the third sector (Not essential but desirable)
- Good level of admin skill
- Solid IT skills particularly MS Office
