Title Report Checker

Salary:

Up to £35,000 per annum

Location:

Office-based, Northwich

My client, an established multi-discipline firm with several offices across the UK, is committed to providing excellent service to their clients. They offer unmatched support for both clients and staff members and are currently looking for a Title Report Checker to join their team in Northwich.

Duties;

  • Checking titles received from the seller's solicitor and raising enquiries.
  • Reviewing all types of titles including freehold, leasehold, registered, unregistered, shared ownership, etc.
  • Submitting enquiries to the seller's solicitor.
  • Preparing transfer and requisitions on title.
  • Preparing property reports for clients based on title and protocol forms received.
  • Obtaining Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) if required.
  • Providing general administrative support to colleagues as needed.
  • Ensuring that the Case Management System (CMS) is up to date.
  • Organizing and correctly storing client files, both paper and electronic.
  • Answering calls promptly and professionally.
  • Taking messages when necessary and informing the relevant staff member.
  • Maintaining good working relationships with colleagues.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in title checking and managing a residential caseload.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with good time management.
  • Ability to self-motivate and follow instructions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Respect for confidential information.

On Offer

  • Annual salary up to £35,000.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5.15pm.
  • Company pension scheme.
  • Office-based role in Northwich.
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and time off between Christmas and New Year.
