Product Owner - Microsoft Purview & Power BI

We are excited to announce a brand-new role within our expanding products team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in Microsoft Purview and Enterprise level Power BI, who understands the intricacies of data usage within an organisation.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee the implementation and management of Microsoft Purview across the organisation.
- Utilise Enterprise level Power BI to analyse and understand how data is used within the organisation, helping to drive data-driven decisions.
- Manage licensing cases, access control, and backup resolutions to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable insights.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the deployment of cloud products and services, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organisation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, particularly in tech environments focusing on cloud products and services.
- Highly desirable: Strong familiarity with Microsoft Purview and its application across large organisations.
- Expertise in Enterprise level Power BI and its use in organisational data analysis.
- Experience with system administration, preferably with cloud products and Software as a Service (SaaS).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
