Description
- Support the Accounting & Finance department in day-to-day operations.
- Assist with financial statements preparation and general ledger functions.
- Ensure accuracy of financial documents and compliance with relevant legal regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required.
- Participate in regular audits and recommend improvements.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
- Support the team with ad-hoc finance-related tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- Experience within a similar role previously.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
- Good knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
