Intec Microsystems, a leading distributor of branded IT Hardware, Services, and Support with offices in Birmingham and across Europe, is seeking an Administrator - Purchasing to join our growing team. Founded in 2003, we've achieved consistent growth, reaching a £75 million turnover in 2023.

This is a maternity cover position, initially for 12 months, with the potential to become permanent. As a Purchasing Administrator, you will be a vital part of our purchasing department, handling a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating purchase orders.
  • Tracking deliveries.
  • Supporting the sales team with purchases.
  • Booking direct deliveries.
  • Using our internal system, IMS.
