My client is based near Bracknell and has enjoyed significant growth and continued success. As such they are now looking to further strengthen their finance team through the recruitment of a qualified accountant for this Group Finance Manager/Management Accountant role. This group-level role will be responsible for all finance business partnering for their largest division, working alongside the Divisional MD, budgeting and forecasting and helping the company from a finance perspective. The role also includes group level tasks including the consolidation of information and management reports, as well as supporting the Group FC with external audit and year-end.
Duties include:
- Management reporting
- Financial planning and analysis
- KPIs and cash flow
- Working with the wider business
- Supporting financial reporting processes
- Helping with year-end audit
- Leading systems projects and process improvements
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong management accounts experience, a high level of systems and analytical skills and the ability to work at a group level in a complex and fast-paced environment.
