Based in Willenhall .
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday - 7am to 4pm, Friday - 7am to 3:30pm
Pay rate: £13-14 per hour.
Job type: Temporary to permanent.
Join a company that specialises in metal fabrication.
Must have the following:
- You will be learning to set up and operate coil feed mechanical presses.
- These can range from 30 tons up to 250 tons.
- Set tooling and coil feeders - completing as per engineering drawings.
- Change over coils and feed in to tools.
- Inspection of the product from appropriate drawings.
- Work according to the production plan.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Experience in mechanical or engineering practices in a similar environment is highly preferred.
- Must possess your own Power Press Certificate (RoSPA).
- Must be able to work under own initiative, be organised and be easy to train.
- Good listening and communication skills are essential.
- Counterbalance Forklift Licence desirable but not essential as in-house training can be provided.
