Venn Group are working with one of London's leading social housing providers, who are looking to recruit a HR Administrator to start as soon as possible.

The successful HR Administrator will be joining a dynamic and growing organisation, and will have the ability to execute HR Administrator responsibilities to a high standard.

Title: HR Administrator

Location: Central London

Salary: £18-£22

Hours: Full time

Contract : 9 month FTC - must be Immediately Available

Duties:

  • Oversee the mailbox, answering any inquiries or queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist in the onboarding process; uploading adverts, shortlisting, organising interviews, delivering feedback and organising orientations
  • Organise meetings and attend, performing minute taking
  • Maintain employee database
  • Perform adhoc administratin taskl

Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience in an HR Administrator role, preferably 12 months minimum
  • Experience in a not-for-profit company
  • Experience a previous administrative role
  • Experience minute taking
  • CIPD L3 qualified

Desirable Skills:

  • Onboarding experience
  • Experience liaising with senior stakeholders
