Job Title: Relationship Manager
Salary: Competitive
Location: Hemel Hempstead – 3 days office, 2 days from home
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
We are seeking an experienced and proactive experienced Credit Controller, to join our client based in Hemel Hempstead. This role will involve managing a portfolio of 50 to 60 clients, dealing with client requests and managing the credit control process.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Strong experience in Credit Control
Excellent client relationship skills
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Excellent attention to detail and highly organised.
Working in a fast-paced environment and part of a team
RESPONSIBILITIES
Processing client payments, allocating collections and schedule processing of invoices & timesheets
Managing credit control, ensuring debt is recovered
Attending client service review meetings
Ensuring invoices and documentation is legitimate
Onboarding new customer accounts onto the system
Resolving any customer queries and disputes.
